As our Constitutional: Responsible Public offices, accountable officers, and trusted servants have enforced policy for profit for generations without much push-back and causing many unresolved harms. Together we heal the harms
The Chevron Doctrine Overturn: makes it clear that administration of agencies or departments enforcing policies against people is not acceptable. The corporate government actors assuming policies of “immunity from liability” is a fantasy of a fictional, non-alive idea and an illusion of power turned evil.
The two things do not mix: The OATH to uphold the 7 Articles of the Constitutional Republic, duty to due process, is to protect people from harm, or provide remedy to make one whole again. Accountability with integrity is required by our public office holders, honoring the Oath of Office.
Now we know: There has been no need for oaths of office while a duty to a protected position in a corporation to profit from people, or perish without a job, as the corporate actors in our public offices, who rarely have the required publicly recorded oaths of office or fiduciary bonds to secure performance. When they take care of their business to profit from their positions they are denying due process, and someone is being harmed by deeds or omissions.
When the duty to due process of the Seven Articles are violated by public servant positions, especially due to corporate interests to take from people, the First Amendment, instructs people to Assemble, speak freely to the truth, discern from your free will, and petition meaningful results,
S.C.O.T.U.S. – CONGRESS – COUNTY COMMISSIONS – SCHOOL BOARDS – N.G.O. – P.P.P. – CORPORATE – GLOBAL – BOARDROOMS of the world, as societies each work as an Assembly. They tend to take care of business, and by nature, must be about serving profit to their corporate or business interests. ENOUGH HARM.
